Space ice cream
Ice cream's only flaw is its ability to melt rather quickly. Soon that will not be an issue. Instead of melting into mush, the new ice cream from Coldstone and JELL-O turns into pudding! It seems like an odd but also rather amazing concept. I'm willing to give it a shot, for research purposes. Read the article here.
